HAMILTON, November 18,
After a brief retirement the jury found Char.ta O’Brien, a commission agent, of Hamilton, not guilty on la charge, of negligently driving his car thereby causing the death of Robert William Money, 72 yeans of age, at Hamilton. List on August 30. The case was th- sequel to a fatal collision between accused’s oar and 'a small ear, driven by Money’s daughter, in which her father and mot! er were passengers.
GAOL FOR INDECENT ASSAULT
HAMILTON, November 18.
William Aston, 62 years of age, was found guilty on two indictments of indecent assault on femiales, and was sentenced to three years’ hard labour by Mr Justice Hcrdman this morning.
