LONDON, November 17. Mr ’Cosgrove's motion was defeated by 74 votes to 65.
A London message ‘yesterday stated that Mr Cosgrave moved in the Dail, that the Government, relieve farmers of the payment of annuities until the British tariff is withdrawn.
