The first sitting of the third session of the Indian Roun4 Table Conference will be held in the Committee room of the Housei of Lords on Thursday, when the Indian delegates will be formally welcomed. The daily sittings will begin on November 21.

MEDALS FOR BRITISH TROOPS, CALCUTTA, November 13.

Several thousand British and Indian troops will be entitled to a medal struck for the operations against the North West i Frontier tribesmen in 1931, and possibly including the Burma rebellion.
