RELEASE OF PRISONERS.

Governor Rolph. is presenting pardons to one thousand prisoners for infractions of the Volstead Act,, the breaking of which is no longer considered a crime. Michigan is freeing three hundred dry law-violators. An agitation lias also been started for the pardon of twenty-one thousand persons confined in Federal prisons for liquor violation.
