'The Synod of the Dutch Reformed Church, following the decision of the Supreme Court, has decided to -revoke its resolution indicting Professor Dup•lesgis for heresy, for refusing to interpret ’the Bible literally. Professor D’uplessis has now refused to'resign his' fill! salary and pension after his seventieth birthday, and demands his reinstatement. \ •
The Synod has unanimously requested .him 1o reconsider his attitude.
