There is a. general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived and the Nazis are expected to lose many sects a.t the election® next Sunday. It is believed that von Papon’s plans for the reform of the Constitution include the raising of the voting ago from twenty, to twenty-five, disfraneising about six million and depriving tlve extreme parties, Hitlerites and Communists, of their mainstay, the young voter.
