ROME, Oct. 26. , At Milan, Signor Mussolini electrified a. huge audience in the Cathedral Square by announcing that he is prepared to order a general amnesty for the political exiles who will recognise the Fascist Regime.
Signor Mussolini alluded to the exiJes as the derelicts and deluded ones of the old political parties, from whom the Fascists had n veiling to fear.
