Rural Telephones were disebssed, and it was agreed that the matter would probably 'right 'itself, and 'the meeting to tak e no further action. A edmmittee. was set up'to report on the- subject of the central bank on lines of the Nlemeyer report. Mr Poison said that the Union should define Its 'nttitud e before the matter was finalised by the Government.
