Old time pageantry filled the Church qf St. Moritz when Princess Sybille, the• great-grand daughter of Queen Victoriia ; was married. The bride wW robed in a white silk satin train, diamond! tiara aiul bouquet of lilies. The bridegroom was dressed in a sky blue cavalry unifrom. There were nine groomsmen, nil Princes, uniformed in colours of the rainbow, who escorted nine Princesses who were the bridesmaids. Brilliant uniforms among which were British Royalties in scarlet, filled the building. When asked whether he would take Princess Sybille as his wife, Prince Gustava’s ,“ja” resounded through the church. The bride’s fainter affirmative was the signal for hells pealing, and a Royal Salute of twenty-one guns, the first heard in Coburg since the Kaiser’s visit in 1915. Doctor Schanzar who confirmed Princess Sybille, preaching, was overcome with emotion and finished abruptly arid pronounced a blessing. The bride’s sister, Princess Josef a, who was among the bridesmaids, swooned from excitement. Thirty-six motor cars carrying the Royalties followed the bridal car along the flowerstrewn, mediaeval streets, packed with cheering thousands.
