ROUND THE WOULD FLIGHT. AMERICAN PLANE'S PROGRESS. (Australian Press Association.) PERTH. October 18. Loew’s aeroplane, th e ‘'Spirit of Fun,” arrived at Wyndham yesterday night. Its tying time from Adelaide was nine Ihours and twenty minutes. Its average speed was 185 miles an hour.
The plane began its flight t 0 Buna, East Indies at 6.25 a.m., to-day. She expects to r.iuh Sourabaya, 1100 miles distant, this evening. The crew consists of A. Loew, J. Rostha’l (American pilot), and Captain P. Dickson.
