THE EX-KAISER
LONDON, October 14. The “Daily Herald’s” Amsterdam correspondent has interviewed the exKaiser's marshal at Dcoa-n apropos of the wedding of the Crown Prince of Sweden to rue daughter of the Duke of Saxe-Coburg, which will take place at Co jui'g on Octoiler 21st. The chief -marshal said that the exKaiser would like to he. present, but. lie did not contemplate asking permission. to be: The ex-Kaiser, he said, wishes- to remain in Holland until the German (people ask him back. By the German people he meant a NationalGovernment embracings all of -tee political parties. ■ Asked whether the Von Pa pen Government was really a National Government, the Chief Marshal replied, “Yes. Though the Socialists and tin Communists air© not represnted in i-, they have deliberately placed themselves outside the German people.”
