The suggested changes wouldlnvolve the technical improvement of .the Commonwealth’s air, land and se forces. ■ Special memoranda on the subject are being prepared by the Imperia. General Staff, and these will shortly be- submitted to the Australian Naval Army and Air Boards for their consideration and views.
