A message states that Nanking is seriously exercised at .the conditions at Szeyhuan, where a fresh’ civil war has broken out betv, sen General Liuhsiang Chung King and his uncle, General Limvenhui, owing to the former’s continual seizing of munitions transported via Yangtze River for the latter, making the 478th. civil war in that province in the past 20 years.
