Seen to-day, Mr Bishopy- secretaryof New Zealand Employers- Federation stated in regard! to negotiations which have been carried on privately in Wellington for seme days between watersiders representatives and employers, “we discussed the question of making a. press statement at the end of the negotiations to-day and I was instructed to say that tile negotiations been finalised anti ith/iit proposals are now being printed for submission to unions for- approval, and unions’ reply will be given at the earliest possible date. ~
