Counsel for the appellant Company, at the dose of the (argument, said that he had been asked by the solicitors instructing him to express their regret a.t the delay in the filing of the documents, x and to explain it was due to a misunderstanding as to what documents the two defendants required to he incororated in the statement of facts. The Court accepted this explanation.
