Chambers on Saturday .afternoon, Mr Bernard Ward (chairman of directors) presiding over an attendance of ten members. 1 The minutes. of the last meeting were read and confi fined, ANNUAL REPORT. - The annual report stated!— I fie butter produced was 117 tons Bcwt. from 97 tons, 15 cwt. of butter-fat being an increase of 21 tons Bcwtt. on the previous year’s output. The final payment brings the .average payment for butter-fat for the season to 11.07 d per ilb. The quality of butter produced has again given Universal satisfaction. The Directors recommend payment of the usual six per cent, dividend. The. retiring Directors - are: , Messrs J. Havill and J. P. McGuigau, both of whom are eligible for re-election, as also the Auditor, Mr R. Wild. The chairman moving the adoption of the report and balance sheet congratulated members on the position after a difficult year.. The outputhad shown -a- satisfactory increases.,of over 21 tons on the previous year, Avhile the quality was up to the usual high standard and ensured a ready sale. The motion was carried on the . i , voices. It was resolved in accordance with the annual report recommendation to pay the usual dividend on shares. The retiring directors were re-elect-ed unopposed as was the auditor. , The meeting then terminated. DIRECTORS MEET. The directors met following the conclusion of the annual meeting, when Mr B. Ward was again elected chairman. . # ;> ( It was Resolved that the pay-out on butter fat for September be Is per lb. The meeting then terminated.
