Major Colville, Secretary qf t.he Department of Overseas Trade ffn a ..statement issued at the British Trade Exhibition iin Copenhagen, said the exhibition so far had been successful beyond expectations, as over 100,000 visitors ihad already paid to enter the grounds, while 2Q,000 buyers had also used an invitation sent them. He announced an order for 100,000 tons of British coal for lighting had been placed, in addition to one of a similar amount already announced for the Danish railways, while many large contracts for th e supply of many varieties of British goods, particularly motor-cars, and cycles, 'had been concluded with Danish firms.
