The regulations, which are optional wi'th the old, provide for three dividends where there are nine tote; numbers, in the proportion of 70, 20 and 10 per cent; two dividends where there are over four and less than nine to-te numbers, in the proportion of 75 land! ■ 25, • and one’-dividend where there are only four and fewer numbers.

Each Club must decide before the meeting what system will apply: and must adhere to the one method throughout the meeting.
