WRESTLER SUED

FOR BREACJi OF CONTRACT

WELLINGTON, September 26.

Bull Montana, .the American wrestler and an ex-movie star, appeared at the Magistrate’s Court to-day as the defendant in. a claim by the National Sporting Club, Incorporated, for an.alleged breach of contract. The Club maintained that some months ago, after between the fehow Assocr.tion and AL.,-Haft, the defendant’s ’ manager ? jn America, tianiporta- . tion was arranged for Montana, who arrived at Auckland on August 15th. Montana wrestled, Demetral at 'Wellington on August .22, and arrangements were made for him tp appear against Thompson .: on August 20.
