LIBERALS RESIGNING. (Received th:‘s day at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 22. The “Manchester Guardian” says the Liberals intend resigning without going into opposition, land to continue support of the Government in everything except tariffs and Ottawa, thereby freeing themselves from responsibility of Ottawa and escaping the dreaded acousation that they deserted their posts in a time of national emergency, like the Labourites.
