AMERICA AND NEW ZEALAND. (Per Press Association — Copyright.) WELLINGTON, September 15. At to-day’s New Zealand Club luncheon, a flag of the United States was presented to the club by Mr Julian B. Foster, American Trade Commissioner. The gift, came through the instrumentality of Mr H. M. Holmes, a New Zealander, who is now' President of the Kiwanis Club in New York. The Kiwanis Club is an organisation similar to the Rotary Club, and operates in the United States and Canada, and the New York branch was recently tlid recipient of a New r Zealand ensign from the New' Zealand, Club.
