It is reported that President Von Hindenburg has achieved a iour year political truce,' and that the Hitlerites and. Centres Parties have agreed on four points. It is reported . that a Presidential Cabinet .is to continue for th e full term, and that some person near President Von Hindenburg is to replace Chancellor Von Papen. The Reichstag will meet only half yearly for short sessions, and the Cabinet’s economic programme shall be accepted.

President Von Hindenburg hag decided to hear on Tuesday in Chancellor Von Papen’s presence, the views of the Nazi Party, the Catholic Centre Party and the Bavarian Peoples’ Party;- on the prospects of forming a composite Government in Germany.

It is therefore expected that the Reichstag’s opening meeting 0U Tuesday, will adjourn immediately after Captain Yon Papen’s policy speech to await the outcome of the leaders’ interview with the President.

Reichstag sitting on September 12 will probably be postponed until after the conversations.
