The application with respect to the £750 failed, an order being made dir.ecting the two trustees to pay . to the Official Assignee the other sum £IOO. ’ , His Honour said he understood that at least that sum would be required to pay 20s in the pound on the proved debts of bankrupt, so that the full amount was now recoverable.
