The “Times’ ” Vienna correspondent ■States that the Dutch steamer Gahlese, on reaching Constanza j reported that outside the port was a mysterious armed vessel which overtook her.
Masked pirates, speaking 'Russian, ■ boarded the steamer and took posses fiion of her, gagged and bound the drew, and transhipped the whole cargo •tb her owh ve'isel, and then departed. • The creiv, (struggling from their • bonds, opened fire on the! disappearing pirates without effect. .
