THE WESTLAND ,SUB-UNION. The Westland Rugby Sub-Union met last evening when there were present Messrs J. C. Stafford ,(chairman), A. Thompson, A. Cutbush, D. R. Dowell, R. McDonald, J. LMcCleary, R. A. Bell, F. Freitas, W. Stopforth j-ud F. W. Heenan. The Kiwi Club (Reefton) advised that a senior fifteen 'and schoolboy’s iewu-a-side team would arrive in Hokitika on Friday evening. • It tvas decided that a team be chosen from {Excelsior, Rivals and Kiwis to play the Reefton .senior team. The action of the chairman in permitting members of the late 'Ross senior team to play for other clubs was approved. . Mr A. Rose (Christchurch) ajdvised that he would be bringing the senior cup to Hokitika this evening. Matches for Saturday were approved as follows: .Seniors.—West Coast A v. West Coast B No. 1 ground, at 3 p.m. (E. W. Heenan) ; Reefton ; v. Hokitika second XV, at 1.30,p.m. (J. L. Men z ies). Juniors-.—Kiwi v. Ross, at 3 p.m. (R. Collett).
