ARREST IN BRIDGE INCIDENT.

SYDNEY, August 28,

The Supreme Court next Wednesday will hear an action in which de Groot (of Sydney bridge notoriety), claims five thousand pounds from Mark Gosling, former New South Wales Chief Secretary; Police Commissioner Childs, and Police Superintendent Mackay. The claim rises out of the bridge opening incident and de Groot’s alleged subsequent wrongful arrest and imprisonment.
