Mining Costa. - The casts of ? recovery at the Blackwater Mine (Reefton), which is regarded a# one’of -the most efficientlycontrolled quartz mines in the Dominion, are shown in the annual report; as follow: —Ore extraction 21/6|.74, ore treatment 4/4.43, general expenses 1/5,57, bulliqn charges 11.07.d —Total 28/3.81 per-ton. ;
