Forsyth was unanimously re-elected Chairman for the nest two years. There 1 were no other nominations for the office.' Returning thanks for his re-election, Mr Forsyth said that matters educa-' tiona.l were in a state of' flux, and he scented a further move in sdihe quarters to abolish the Education Boards. “I am pleased therefore,” ( he' said, “to be your Chairman again' for the next two years, iso .as to be in the •fray.,' and to take a hand in all’that occurs.’’
