• Judgment foir the plaint’ff was given by -Mr T v B, McNeil. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court in the claim brought by Miss Thelma Jean Adams, saleswoman, nginst J. IL MoKenzie, Ltd." Miss Adams was dismissed by MoKenzie’s firm in . March last as the result ,of the activities of the representative of 'an Australian firm of “Internal Auditors” and staff investigation?. Judgment was given for plaintiff for one week’s wages claimed, in lieu of notice, amounting to £2 7s 6d, with costs. . Leave to appeal was granted. Security was fixed at the amount of the judgment, with costs and £7 7s,
