He fined the proprietor of the Lyric Tearooms,'Andrews, £3, and con--victed and, discharged Kathleen Buch- . anan, ■ , calling herself , -“Madame; Queen.” " * • Another proprietor, Hongon, of the “Quick, Step in, Tearooms,” was fined ' £3 on one charge,;,and 'ordered to pay. costs on another. A female defendant, Alice Beale, otherwise- “Madamo Glyn,” was competed and discharged.
