. Latest details from the flood, affected arelas of the North indicate ' a huge area is inundated, and one J of them is still under water. There have been extensive ■ raihv’ay ’ washaiVays. Grope were washed out of the ground, flocks t of shieep were marooned, and oommunieationi with sbrne towns ’in the Midland’ districts were out : : Parts of 1 the railway from'phrth' tb Geraldton are from ten to thirty ffeet under #ater. The township of -Moora is inundated to. a depth of two to three feet, Although the flood waters at Cooraw, Gamambahj-- Three Springs and Mingienew the streets are deep in mud and slush. The contents of many shops ar© ruined.
