Probate was to-day granted on the will of the late Victor Claude Saywell who was murdered on April 23 at his home, when; in bed, his wife being attacked with him at the .same time., The estate is valued at; £llO,348., ' . ’ . ' • . His wife, .who was also murderously attacked at the same time, and who is still unable to speak, receives an annuity of one thousand sterling. The residue, apart fflom a few, bequests, goes to his two sons.
