The stake will be IQQO sovs (including a cup) so tliat the prize will be tlie same as last year. On this occasion, the valHule of the trophy will be 75 sovs, Whereas it was 50 sovs last year. In view of the general reduction of racing stakes, the penalty conditions have been varied. The winner after declaration of weights, of any race of the value of 200 sovs (previously 300 sovs) to the winner ' or of any race or raceia to the value of 400 sovs (previously 500 sovs) to the winner, may be l-ehandicapped, provided that no horse be rehandicapped to carry over weight for age.
