H. Woodward, S.M, to-day. Senior Sergeant Stott applied for a remand until°August 9, saying there was a possibility of a more serious charge than that of hieing intoxicated while in charge of r motor oar, being made against accused. The remand wag not opposed. Basil j was granted in accused’s own bond! of £IOO and one surety of £IOO and two of £SO.
