TROUBLE FEARED

Though pfficial permission was refused for the Communist anti-war demonstration arid mass meeting in the city, it i s believed that the organisers intend to-day to carry out the programme. Hundreds of police wilt be on special duty to prevent the march to the city which has been postered with notices calling the “workers to mobilise against the warmongers.”
