Verdict of not guilty in the Supreme Court case against Jaanup T'h ruinate Rutherford, charged with negligent driving, and thereby caui iing death. The charges arose out of the level crossing accident at Masi erton on the evening of April 9tli., when a bus driven by Rutherford was struck by a train, and one of the Frank Muirhcad, was killed.
