In moving the adoption of the annual report, the managing director, Mr J. Renton’, briefly reviewed the Company’s position, anu the conditions leading up to the present situation. This made voluntary liquidation unavoidable. .
• The motion was seconded by Mr Watson, of Geraldine. It was decided to appoint Mr T. D. Cooper, of Auckland, as liquidator. The sitting directors are carrying on until a subsequent special meeting confirms the motion regarding liquidation. ;
I After the meeting closed, the pro- ' ducers present held a further, meeting to consider the formation of a new co-operative company to deal with marketing, WELLINGTON, July 27. After the resolution to go into voluntary liquidation carried by the ■ N.Z, Co-operative Honey Producers’ Association to-day, the subsequent meeting of producers from all parts of the Dominion unanimously deckled to reorganise co-operative marketing by es-, tablishing a/ new company, New Zealand Honey Ltd.’ The provisional directors elected are J.. Kentoui (Auckland), T. D. Cooper (Auckland), 'A. B. Callick (Dunedin), .F. Smith (Palmerston North), L. F. Robbins (Temuka), W. Nelson (Otorohanga), R. Penny (Taranaki).
