MILITARY DOCTOR STABBED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) - CALCUTTA, July 22. The tenth political outrage in India this year has occurred. Captain AV. Coldstream (Indian Medical ’ Service), who was a civil surgeon, was murdered by a young Moslem orderly as he was carrying out his duties at the hospital at Peshawar. His assailant leaped on Captain Coldstream from behind and stabbed him in the neck. Captain Coldstream died instantly. The Moslem wa s captured.
