VACATING OFFICE
NEW GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, July 22. The last of the former Prussian .Minister.?, the Minister of National Welfare Herr Hirtsiefer, vacated his office on Friday under protest, so that all the Prussian Ministries have no* been taken over by new men appointed by the Reich Commissioner. The change of government having thereby been carried out, it is generally anticipated that the state of .siege which had been proclaimed in the capital .and province of Brandenburg, with a- view to enforcing the Reich Commissioner’s orders will be suswithin the next few days.
The Chancellor, Captain Franz von Pftperi, and the Minister of the Interior, DfTon Gayl, left Beilin to-night for Stuttgart in order to attend the ■conference •of Prime Ministers of all the German - States which will take place there to-morrow.
