BERLIN, July 21General Rundstedt lias decided to prosecute Grzesinski, Weiss, and Heiinannsberg lor disobeying orders to immediately vacate their posts. They are liable to imprisonment and a fine. One hundred Communists were arrested for distributing pamphlets, urging a general strike.
