MAN SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES

-After lying on uis back with a broken neck for nearly six nu)n:hs, Clarence 'Edward Foster, aged 17. of ißemuera, died *n the -Auckland Hospital to-day. Foster fractured the upper portion of his spine through striking the sea bed after diving from a sewer at Wilson's Beach on January 31. Th? injury caused paralysis, and the patient rad been obliged to remain on a frame from which he was unabl,, to move. .
