UNION S.vS. CO. CAPTAIN DEAD AUCKLAND, July 21.

Captain Charles Elders, aged 52, master of the Union Company’s Waipiata, was found dead in his cabin this morning. He apparently died of heart failure about midnight, after returning from a friend’s lionse.
