DUBLIN, July 20
The Dail must be summoned before the Emergency Bill becomes -law, owing to the. Senate passing the Bill, but including the amendments, recommending the deletion of that section, empowering the Executive to impose the Stamp Duty on any document of transaction,, and enabling it to summon the. Jtail within ten days if the .majority so demand. 1 ;;
De Valera has convened# the Dail fpr July 22nd to considerfftlie Bill, when it is expected that : the amendments will be rejected, and that the Bill, as a money measure, will become law.
The Senate, by 29 votes to 17, decided to, insist upon its amendments, to the Oath Bill, which the Dail rejected, resulting' in the Bill being delayed for eighteen months, when •it becomes law, unless a general election intervenes.
