Yesterday .afternoon the final race for the Pointer iCup was held by the Supreme Flying Club from Waiho a distance of go miles. G. Kerr’s “Phar Lap” again trapped first, out 1 of a field of 29 birds, which now ltaves him the winner of the Gup/w*®,,Andrews was the runner-up and ho..■receives .-.tlio pair of pigeons donated by Mr Taylor, of Westport. The result of the race was:—G. Kerr’s. “Pliar Lap” 1; J- Andrews’ “Little Hope” 2; H. Pierson’s “Weary Willy” 3. Also started: —J. Lawn ? H. Andrews, W. Parker, G. Wormington., ®. Paul, N. Sampson.
