(Received this day at 11 a.m.) ( h LONDON, July 19. ; The Prince of Wales, speaking at the Savoy Hotel, prophesied that' 1932 would witness, a world trade revival. “A settlement was. reached at Lausanne with further agreements which, we trust, will arise from that settlement, and convince us that-'.slowly but surely,,,we shall attain, a more, stable, world economy. “The Ottawa Conference should result in a great impetus to British commerce and help the whole world.”
