EXILED REVOLUTIONARIES ESCAPE. KOEPANG, July 18. Eight Portuguese revolutionaries, mcluding a doctor, an aviator, army officers and merchants, have escaped from Dilly Island, where they have been living in exile. They travelled overland in a truck. They arrived at Koepang last night. The Dutch authorities are considering the situation.
