WINE STOLEN FROM CHURCH, (Per Press Association Copyright.) HAMILTON, July 17. Twelvo bottles of wine were among a number of articles stolen from the Methodist Church, London Street, Hamilton. Ten cupboards were, smash- 1 ed, the panels, being, split and broken. In. addition to the wine, a quantity of tea and sugai- was removed. HOSPITAL CHARGES. V NAPIER. July 17. DRUNK IN CHARGE OF CAR. WELLINGTON, July 18. ’ Charged with being drunk, in charge of a motor-car, Jasper Stringer was fined £5 by Mr Woodward, S.M., and had his license cancelled -for a year.
