COLLAPSE OF R.A.F. BOAT,
RUGBY, July 14
The crew of eight of th 6 Royal Air Force flying boat, which was forced down off the Northern Ireland coast yesterday, -were saved. -Six were picked up by the Greek .steamer “Nicos,’ The two others, after -drifting for fr e hours in a rubber dinghy, -landed near’ Larne in an exhausted condition.
The' flying boat while rest'ng on the water was struck by a heavy sea ■and it- collapsed.
