The Government announced that Sao Paulo was being attacked from all sides. The navy has blockaded the sea coast, including Santos, the greatest 'coffee port in' the world. Meantime, landlocked Rio is deprived of important meat, vegetable, and other supplies for which it depends on Sao Paulo •
