(Received this day at 9.2 b a.in) SYDNEY, July 9. ■Satisfactory arrangements having been made with the Commonwealth Bank for financial ' accomodation to £20,00,000 the Premiers’ Conference concluded its deliberations after pledging that the. budget deficits next year would be reduced to £9,000,000 by further drastic economies.
The Commonwealth Bank agreed to advance £7,000,000 foitiiwith for allocation to the various States for public works, the absorption of unemployed, £500,C00 to be advanced next year, and £300,000 the following year, by when it is hoped conditions will have improved. 1 „ Honorary committees are being up in eacli State to control relief work.
